Return Process

Contact Us — Email support@shiftwear.ma with your order number and reason for return.

Get Confirmation — We'll reply within 24–72H with return address and instructions.

Ship The Item — Send back in original packaging. Return shipping is covered by the customer, except for defective or wrong items.

Refund or Exchange — Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
